Abstract :
Pamarayan irrigation area located in Serang has an area of 21.350 Ha irrigation and river water supply gets Pamarayan from weirs Pamarayan located in cikeusal subdistrict Serang Regency. However, over time many of the problems that arise include the increasing use of water for irrigation needs, pattern operation and the cropping pattern is irregular. To address the above problems, is requered optimation, planting operation and planting pattern so it will be now water requirement. from the calculation of the availability of irrigation water, three alternative cropping patterns are rice ? rice ? corn ? soya bean, rice ? corn ? soya bean, soya bean ? rice ? soya bean with land preparation period beginning September week sunday, September and February and early September planting. Based on selected cropping pattern, the irrigation water needs for each alternative cropping pattern 1, pattern 2, and pattern 3 are fulfilled and balanced.
