Abstract :
A construction contract is a bond between service users and service providers. International contract standards are widely used in large-scale development projects in Indonesia, however, there are still many small to medium-scale development projects that use national contract standard system. In this study the authors conducted a Comparative Analysis of the General Requirements of Integrated Construction Services Work Contracts to Design and
Build a Serpong Working Room Data Center Building with FIDIC General Requirements. The contract document used is contract document in the Integrated Design and Build Construction Services Works project at the Serpong Data Center Working Room which is national in nature and compared to the FIDIC General Contract Requirements for the EPC / Turnkey Project (silver book). Each general
contract requirement was then analyzed for comparison and obtained the percentage of FIDIC contract general requirements contained in the contract document of 34.9% (with 58 ayat) while the FIDIC general contract requirements
not contained in the contract document amounted to 65.1% (with 108 ayat).
