Abstract :
Contract changes are preceded by changes in employment. Sapulette (2009) said that employment changes will result in increased cost and time implementation of the project, and potentially result in losses for the contractor or a conflict between two parties under contract. This study aims to determine the cause of the dominant factors in the addendum contracts to the price contract in project construction building facility of railway manggarai station facilities . The factors were then grouped into a factor group which were errors or incomplete documents, technical changes, site condition, and external factors. These factors are described in the questionnaire. Object of this study is DDT Project. Questionnaire distributed to 37 contractors and consultant working on these project. Respondents were 37 questionnaires were collected. Collected data were analyzed with nonparametric statistics Kendal W using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 25. Statistical analysis of the result it is known that two dominant factor item in each group. The dominant factor group is a time factor group with Kendal W value of 0.815, which means the level of alignment between respondents answer very strong.
