Abstract :
Implementatio of construction project, the analysis of building information modelling (BIM) can give a clearer picture on project management performance that integrated with building model as a whole. The construction management had several goals, on of them was to control th time. This research aimed aim at to get of 4D modelling using BIM and to the planning effect of the construction project of Faculty UIII. Application of BIM on this research was conducted using Revit and Navisworks. Autodesk revit is modeling 3D included modelling of foundations, coloumns, beams, plates, stair, and roofs. Autodesk Navisworks is modelling 4D was conducted by adding working schedule to 3D model. Time schedule analysis performed by S curve and modelling 4D. Application of BIM has doen to obtain 3D and 4D model. Based on the value of the deviation, the project suffwred delays at Mei and June of -6.9451% and - 9.0440% but delays just little so that The project has completed on time according to the plan which finished for 8 months
