Abstract :
Changes in natural conditions and the environment in Indonesia have experienced many changes such as global warming which is believed to be caused by development. In the implementation of a building construction, it is also necessary to consider the environmental conditions that surround it. To run and maintain the good environmental performance, the benchmark for fulfilling environmental requirements is carried out by implementing an environmental management system, which is ISO 14001: 2015. An idea that is considered to be able to reduce global warming is implementing green construction which is the planning and management of construction projects for minimizing the influence of the construction process on the environment so there is a balance between environmental capabilities and human needs. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of ISO 14001: 2015 which was applied to Serpong Working Room Data Center Building construction project that implemented green construction. The study was conducted by analyzing the results of the questionnaire data which then tested the validity and reliability using the SPSS program version 25.0 and Microsoft Excel 2016. The results showed that the application of ISO 14001: 2015 in the project reached 84.57% and included in the good application category.
