Abstract :
Electostatic Precipitator (ESP) is one of the air-handling system is installed and operated by PT.PJB UBJ 0 & M Indramayu. Electrostatic precipitator (ESP) is a particulate collection tool that removes dust particles from the flow of gas / air using electrostatic force strength. In the reference operator of the effectiveness of an electrostatic precipitator (ESP) to separate dust particles from the exhaust gas is its efficiency and its operating parameters. In writing the thesis proposal, the writer will explain the handling of ash in the boiler, Electrostatic Precipitator, the working principle of the electrostatic precipitator, the classification of the electrostatic precipitator, the components of the electrostatic precipitator, factors that affect the performance of electrostatic precipitator, and assess the degree of efficiency of Electrostatic Precipitator using methods Deutsch - Anderson, methods Matts - Ohnfeldt and ash concentration ratio method.
