Abstract :
Civil engineering know as a construction project. The construction project is a series of activities carried out only one time and short term nature. Implementation of the project faced with the problems such contract change order (cco) wich will result in amendment to the contract. Amendment of the most common is the change in value of the contract caused by escalation (price adjustment) and inflation. This study whose the purpose to problems related to the contract change order (cco) of the cost variant (different budgets) and time variant (the time different). The data use the Dam construction contract document data PLTA Jatigede Sumedang. Then for the percentage comparison of the cost USD 75.055.019,000 with VO USD 6.507.238,923 as much percentage of 10,25% wich effects the EPC value, With a project delay of 2 years and 8 months
