Abstract :
The Lotus Prosperity Residence apartment project, Kembangan, West Jakarta has been delayed so it cannot reach the planned target. In this study the authors conducted a comparative the cost of renting tools analysis in the form of shoring, to adjust to several implementation methods with 2 assumptions namely due to owner error and contractor error. From the results of the study obtained 3 cost comparisons and implementation methods, the initial implementation method costs Rp.7,678,217,873 with a duration of 280 days (10 months). The cost of the timely implementation method is Rp6,335,067,873 with a duration of 133 days (5 months) . The method of carrying out the addition of time is Rp.24.083.438.120 with a duration of 183 days (7 months). From the comparison obtained, the cheapest cost is the cost of a timely implementation method of Rp 6,335,067,873 using concrete hardener additives if it is assumed the project delay was caused by the contractor. But if the delay is caused by the owner, the cost must be Rp7,678,217,873
