Abstract :
Geothermal waste is waste from geothermal power plant operation (PLTP Dieng). The amount of the waste quite big enough that needed solution to decrease the volume of waste. In this research the geothermal waste was used
as filler in bituminous concrete mix (AC-WC) because of the size of the grain. The research is carried out to obtain the Marshall Stability and optimum binder content with variation of Geothermal Waste Filler 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8%. this research using Bina Marga 2010 specification as guidance in Marshall Stability testing. The test result indicates decreasing of Marshall Stability in 2% (914,10 kg), 4% (716,10 kg) and so on. Meanwhile the optimum binder content is decreasing to
3,82mm on 2% variation but increased to 3,96 on 4% variation of sample weight. The conclusion of this test is adding geothermal waste decreased the Stability and Flow of bituminous concrete mix. The optimum Marshall Stability obtain in 2% variation of weight.
