Abstract :
The process of explanation and providing information about spine problems that exist today both in school learning and health information in the form of twodimensional images or props that are not easy to carry, limited by space as well as time. One of the places that still apply it is Madani Clinic Healthy Homes that have a main business for the treatment of bone diseases such as errors in posture. This lack of interest and attention of visitors and raises curiosity to know that low. The research was conducted to provide a medium that can be a tool illustration and explain to visitors about the problems of the spine. Applications to be designed based on android and using augmented reality technology. The data collection is done by observation and collection of material. In the written selection process applied Research and Development Four-D method proposed by Thiagarajan. The design of Thiagarajan consist of defining, designing, development, and dissemination. This application as tools of illustration, there is a display that is specified for the needs of visual arrangement of backbone objects with the information about the description of that objects.
