Abstract :
In the process of electricity distribution, available shrinkage or often called losses. Losses discussions often discussed by PLN. The high Losses can be detrimental to consumers or the company itself, namely PLN. To reduce losses occur, the PLN also performs a load balancing to reduce losses that occur that is by changing the phase of the customer's home that has been determined from the measurement results and calculating it to another phase to reduce the imbalance of costs in majors 1. Before carrying out the burden of the burden of loss -the loss in majors 1 32% or the resulting shrinkage is greater that is 185.54 Watt. From these results can be seen before equalization and after equality. And after borrowing the balance, the burden of losses decreased by 11.7% and the losses also decreased, namely to 42.91 Watt. This examiner was considered successful because the criteria of reporting that had been obtained after balancing the value of 11.7% were far below the criteria set by PT. PLN (Persero) Cengkareng area which was 15%.
