Abstract :
Boiler is a major component or the heart of the steam power plant that converts from the aqueous phase into the vapor phase with the temperature and pressure of the boiling water. The steam produced by the boiler is used to drive turbines to generate power. PT PJB UBJ power plant O & M Indramayu power plant using coal as fuel and the star initially using diesel (HSD). Components of the boiler in Indramayu same as the boiler in general. Boiler efficiency is the ability of boiler performance is shown from a comparison of heat input (heat input) into the system with heat transferred or absorbed by the working fluid as well as losses of heat (heat loss) that occurs in the boiler. In the calculation of boiler efficiency using methods Heat-Losses by calculating heat losses in the boiler. In this paper the authors calculate the efficiency ratio before and after overhaul overhaul PT. PJB UBJ O & M Indramayu. Boiler efficiency calculation refers to a standard used by the Indramayu power plant boiler. The standard used was the USA Standard ASME PTC-4-1 Power Test Code Steam Generator Units. Value efficiency calculations before the overhaul is 79.99% and after overhauling its efficiency value increased to 81.17%. The increase in numbers after the overhaul is 1.18%.
