Abstract :
Research on material economizer tube Adipala CILACAP 660 MW power plant when newly installed is very important given the often occurs when the unit has operated for so long and then there is a failure in the boiler tube, the initial data attached tube material is not available. The results of this study can be used as a reference comparator mainly for three things, namely chemical elements, microstructure and kekerasan.Selain, the results of this study are also used to check if the material is installed in accordance with the specifications in the contract documents and international standards or not Hence, the measures taken in this research includes the study of literature, chemical composition testing, metallography, tensile and kekerasan.Dan compare the results with the international standards that ASTM.
