Abstract :
Construction projects are work service activities that play an important role in the potential risk of accidents. The potential risk of accidents to date has become a serious problem and has not received attention. The lack of application attention to the potential risk of accidents in construction projects is caused by several factors. Timur. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire survey method. Data were analyzed using a scoring method. The results of this study indicate that the application of safety and health results from an average weight value of 78.16%. the implementation and study of K3 on the building project of PT. Utama Karya Office Cawang East Jakarta has been going well and effectively. It can also be seen that the most influential variables are X13 (Workers know the procedure about mechanical safety) this is because construction workers better understand this from the K3 application factors. While for the lowest variables it is necessary to proceed with preventive measures to expert experts.
