Abstract :
The research was conducted on business customers at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Gunung Putri. This customer installed the AMR system. The electrical data of customers recorded by the AMR system is ampere, Volt, Varh, and Wh every 15 minutes period and displayed with 3 Phase Phasor diagram. There was a measurement error due to the fault meter. This is demonstrated by the result of AMR measurements i.e. WH exports are not present and that there is Wh import is seen from the side of PLN. The correction error is then corrected. PLN loss analysis is carried out by mistake of such measurements. PLN loss analysis is done by counting WH export and Wh import as well as Varh export and Varh import condition before the repair is done for 4 months. Then the loss of PLN is calculated equal to the total of Wh imports for 4 months which is from May to August when anomalies are 10978920 Wh and Varh import of 12757800 Varh. Moreover, from AMR measurement data can be known daily load pattern from customer. It can be concluded that the benefits of using AMR will facilitate the detection of measurement errors and PLN loss calculation in the event of a measurement error.
