Abstract :
Electric energy measurement has an important role for PT PLN (Persero). PT. PLN Cempaka Putih Area utilizes the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system to monitor, record meter stands and the data can be displayed in the form of reports with data management software. The electronic meter with the AMR system can be used as a detection tool for anomalies from problematic customers. From the results of reading the loadprofile, it can be seen that customer usage, before the wiring error occurs and after. So that it can accurately detect customers who have wiring errors and customers and PLN alike know the amount of uncollected kWh. In this study the authors made PT. Spectra Global Utama as the object of research where the company experienced wiring errors for 44 hours. From the results of the load profile data, the imported kWh value should not be valuable, but due to a wiring error in Phase R the imported kWh is recorded (measured) which will be calculated to get a follow-up bill. The results of the research at the company are true that there is a phase reversal and it can be seen from the phasor diagram where the R phase angle which should be 120? becomes 180?. So that after doing calculations at PT. Spectra Global Utama has a subsequent bill of 410kWh equivalent to Rp. 462.056, -.
