Abstract :
Actions is plastic waste is still a the main problems in the community
.But can be overcome by means of recycling be paving block .It is just that the majority of its manufacturing process still use conventional stove ( a gas stove ) or even use firewood as heater that considered to be lacking in terms of efficiency
.That is why it is , the experimental work on this will be discussed building prototypes heating induction to make a paving material of plastic block .Heating induction used because more both in terms of heater so as consolidation will be maximal .In addition the use of heating induction safer than heating gas fuel cell or firewood. The manufacture of heating induction itself through several processes among others adjust components with resources will be used, draw up a scheme, and do an experiment. With maximum heat, the stove ca not just used to heat, plastic must go through an intermediary in form of furnaces which are made of material that can be conducts heat induction well. And in the study used a furnace made of stainless steel considered whether for use as an intermediary hot. After performing the procedure that procedure is expected to the stove can have high efficiency against consolidation plastics and is expected to be an ideal heater to consolidate plastic in order to be used as paving block.
