Abstract :
Guwa Island - Guwa is a small island located in Sumenep Regency, Raas District, East Java. Inadequate geographical conditions make this island has not been supplied with electrical energy. Electricity can only be felt by residents who have independent diesel generators, Guwa-Guwa Island is estimated to require 822877 Wh / day of data implemented and is assumed to have increased by 10%. By utilizing renewable energy sources available on the island. Microgrid can be used as a solution to create energy-independent regions for areas that cannot be reached by electricity. So it takes a microgrid planning that has good reliability and has a back up if the PLTS in the microgrid is not able to meet the power needed by the customer, the generator will help produce power. In this planning important components that have to be calculated in their capacity, namely Solar Panels, Batteries, Solar Charge Control (SCC), Inverters, and Generators. And after being analyzed, the capacity of solar panels is 161 kWp. And from this microgrid planning obtained a Performance Ratio (PR) of 90% so it can be said that this plan is feasible to be realized Technically.
