Abstract :
PLTG Batanghari has the General Electric MS6001B type with two units with a capacity of 2 x 30 MW. To maintain the performance of the compressor cleaning the blades of the compressor cleaning the blades of the compressor using the cleaning media used in the PLTG Banghari is rice (solid compound) because it is easy to obtain and cheap. The method is that the rice is collected using a bucket, put into the compressor using ½ inch hose and held by two people in the compressor hole which has two sides namely the left and right and the hose that is held cannot be released one in the control room to see that indication on the alaram. And this work is quite long done because the rice used has to be put in a bucket and dried in the sun and the maintenance team has to climb up the oil hydraulic supply thank for the left compressor hole and up to the atomizing pumpfot the left compressor hole. In this case it is less safe when viewed from the safety/k3 (work safety and health) because of the potential prone to slipping.
