Abstract :
Some regions in Indonesia have not been able to receive electrical energy from PLN, this is because the location is difficult to reach, to overcome this problem, it is necessary to make energy generator that are easy to install and have unlimited energy sources, that is solar power plant.The silar power plant recommended in this project is the solar power plan with a rooftop model where the installation is installed on the roof, the solar power plant rooftop can generate a power of 21,853 KWh per year, the total amount is calculated to be sufficient to supply the electrical energy load of 10 residents' houses, which only requires power of 16,761 kWh. The performance ratio (PR) of this project is 93.2%, based on the very high percentage of the performance ratio, it can be concluded that this project is reasonable enough to be realization.The investment costs incurred IDR 288,191,295 and maintenance costs IDR 5,763,825 per year. The payback period formula is the formula used in this project to calculate the length of time the investment issued can be returned, from this calculation it is found that the results are IDR 52,752,255.72 income per year, so it is estimated that investment in this project will return in year 7 of 25 years of project life.
