Abstract :
Public Health Care facilities is in the utmost need of getting appropriate attention in every aspect especially getting the availability of electricity supply. In this case, off grid solar system is the best preference. Unlike the on-grid system, off grid solar system will not be affected by any disturbance or blackout. Based on estimated calculation, one public health care facility needs 25.351,65 Wh of electricity power per day. With that amount of electricity power, at least 54 solar panel are needed. With 200 Wp capacity and 17 batteries with 1000 Ah capacity. Performance Ratio (PR) of this design reaches 85%, therefore this design is applicable to be implemented. The initial investment for designing this system is Rp.562.936.727,5 with operational and maintenance (O&M) costs of Rp. 5.629.367,275 per year. To perform this power plant design, some economic feasibility analysis estimation is conducted. From the calculation, NPV value obtained Rp 10.117.376,5 over 20 years of solar power plant lifetime with the IRR value 10,32%. Based on the analysis, the payback period of initial investment throughout the ninth year and tenth year of project lifetime.
