Abstract :
By increasing with necessity of the electricity of power energi, therefore the necessity of fossil fuel is increased for the power plant to wich is caused the decreasing fossil fuel nowdays and also make it more expensive. By utilizing renewable energi like solar energi can be used as one of friendly environment alternative source. On-grid roof top solar power plant can be reduced the electricity bills magnitude every month so it can more efficient. Based on the author?s research for the Roof top 4,2 kWp in Magnolia 1 South Tangerang by using solar panel with 300 Wp capacity and 6.000 Watt inverter capacity and provide good result for the Performance Rasio (PR) is induced internal and externals of factors. To maintain the performance and reliability of PLTS always in optimal condition, the maintanance of PLTS should be done like the maintanance of solar modules, inverter, and replace the componens. Afterwards the maintanance which is done by author shows the rasio of measuerment and specification on the component that is system claimed still great. Then which is the result of the voltage testing on string 1 and string 2 are less than 500 Volt and current test result on string 1 and string 2 are less than 11 Ampere.
