Abstract :
Vacuum Pump is a device used to remove gas molecules in rooms. While the Vacuum Pump function is on the outside of the room to make a vacuum during the turbine process - the generator operates, where steam is used to rotate LP side turbines ( Low Prasure ) will pass the side of the last blade, to accelerate condensation into air again by the road inside the condenser must be vacuumed, In this final project describes the components that often occur in the Vacuum Pump. The demolition and optimal steps are carried out optimally to improve the working process of the pump. Pump percentage is carried out after preventive prevention is 3,3%. The vacuum pump maintenance procedure is carried out in stages and carried out to resolve the existing problems in the Vacuum Pump at the power plant.
