Abstract :
Leakage that occurs in tubes HRSG numerous, especially on unit 1 Block 1 MuaraKarang. This incident never occurred throughout the HRSG, both in the economizer, evaporator or superheater. The section on tube-tube leak and plugging. External factors also affected the operating pattern GTG. Pattern GTG start-stop operation from one to two units (RSH) every day by APB / P3B lead HRSG tubes undergo thermal stress so that the tubes on HRSG subject to corrosion and can cause them to leak.Hence the need for retubing the HRSG tubes, to do retubing and uprate the tube material, reliability and availability of the HRSG will be maintained so that the whole can save on energy consumption.This study was conducted to analyze the performance before and after retubing HRSG. where after retubing increase steam production increases steam turbine, HRSG means increased efficiency.From the data at almost the same load that was obtained, the analysis results before retubing HRSG is 55,00 %, while the result after retubing increased by 67,46 % .where of the results of the analysis can be said that the tube - tube HRSG is already subject to corrosion and retubing leakage need to be done.
