Abstract :
In this research will be made a PLTS off-grid planning by utilizing the house roof top on street Hartaco Indah. Nowday the supply of energy is getting decrease. If this condition is not handled immediately, the possibility of crisis energy can not be avoided. In this research uses analytical methods technically and economically to do the PLTS Off-grid planning in the house.The PLTS designed in this house supplies electricity for 20,376 kWh per day. In this off - grid planning, there is house area of 340 m2 with 24 panels which 260 Wp capacity per panel, 4 SCC, 2 inverters, and 6 batteries PLTS off-grid power output is 9,524,923 kWh per year. The Performance Ratio (PR) in this PLTS planning is 84%, investment costs for 25 years amount 519,337,505, and a payback period of 14 years, 9 months..
