Abstract :
One of the government's efforts to reduce congestion in the capital is to increase public transportation, such as Transjakarta, KRL and MRT. Every passenger must use E-ticketing for access to and from the station. But there are problems that occur at the station caused by the interruption of the power supply from PLN. Nearly all station equipment requires electricity for its operation, such as e-ticketing gates, server rooms and lighting. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis techniques. The data that has been obtained from PT. Indonesian Commuter Trains (KCI) especially at Rawa Buaya Station will be processed by doing calculations. Begin by calculating the power, frequency, current, voltage released by the generator, then calculate the power, frequency, current, voltage needed by the station. Then the results of these calculations are compared with each other. Then summarize the results of the comparison. The announcer room requires 0.6 kW of power, the server room requires 1.4 kW of power, the lighting on platform 1 requires 0.1 kW, the lighting on platform 2 requires 0.2 kW, the counter room requires 0.6 kW, the gate eticketing and its devices that require 2 kW. The total power that requires a backup supply from the generator at the Rawa Buaya station is 5 kW or kVA. The power used by the generator is very little when compared to the available power capacity, only 40% of 12.5 kVA. The output voltage of the generator is 330 V and the voltage required by the station is 220 V, the same as the generator specification, namely 330V / 220V, the generator output frequency is the same as the generator specification, the generator output power can meet the station's needs but very little when compared to the power capacity of the generator specifications.
