Abstract :
Waste construction materials are part of material that doesn?t become a component of the building because of unused construction.This is study was conducted to determine the types of materials that have the large/ dominant volume and cost of waste materials, also the factors which cousing waste material on the construction project. Sample are consumble and non consumble materials PT. SSP on a project of Building PLTU Jawa Tengah Capacity (2x1000) MW. The methode used in analyzing and determininga the type of materials that have dominant cost of waste material is Pareto?s Law Method. While the method used to identify and evaluate the factors causing waste material is quisioner method. From the analysis using Pareto Method, the types of materials which dominantly causing waste are concrete Fc? 15 Mpa,Cemen PC till Wire Mesh M6. Which the total cost of remander of that seven types of material in the amount of Rp 44.050.500,00. Based on using quisioner analysis, the factors that cause the remainder of the material are the methods used are still traditional, the design changes by the owner and the rework due to construction errors
