Abstract :
Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) is a technology that is used on PV solar inverter to optimize the output power that is under the ideal sunlight. The Maximum Power Point of the PV system can be reached because of the MPPT existence. MPPT is contained on the DC/AC inverter to generate the pulse using a sinusoidal wave. The DC/AC inverter's design is able to produce active and reactive power. The used MPPT technology is Perturb and Observe methods. Those methods create not too big oscillation in the output graphic. Those methods also help the MPPT to fulfill the varied load supplication. The MPPT efficiency performance as much as 97,64% so that if the load supplication is smaller than the PV output then the remaining power will go to the grid as much as 39,55%. While if the load supplication is equal to the PV output then there will be no remaining power that will go to the grid. If the load supplication is bigger than the PV output power then it will need a power back up from grid as much as 44,37%.
