Abstract :
Electricity need is always increasing year by year along with the increase of living community standard. The reliability of the distribution system has an important role in the distribution of electrical energy to customers. The level of reliability of the distribution system can be determined by calculating the SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) and SAIFI (System Average Interuption Frequency Index) values. This research was conducted to determine the value of SAIDI and SAIFI at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bogor in 2019. With SPLN 59: 1985 standard for 20 kV spindle using SAIDI standard: <3,312 and SAIFI: <1,199 and the data calculation results of Bogor Baru substation SAIDI value: 1.066 and SAIFI value: 0.553. The data calculation results of Ciawi substation SAIDI value: 0,514 and SAIFI value: 0,409. The data calculation results of Sentul substation SAIDI value: 0,104 and SAIFI value: 0,175. So that PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bogor is still considered to be reliable because the SAIDI and SAIFI values obtained are still below the SPLN 59 1985 standard
