Abstract :
With the increasing economic growth and population of Indonesia's population. The low-voltage network is the downstream part of an electric power system network with a voltage of 380/220 volts. In order to meet this need, the authors plan a study of low voltage network installation in housing where the power to be supplied to each house is 1300 VA. In this research, a technical economic study of the electrical voltage network system in the Ciwastra Park housing complex will be conducted. This voltage distribution network will be simulated using a simulation application to determine the tip voltage at the customer pole. This research will also use technical economic calculations based on investment costs and the benefits of low voltage network planning using the payback period method and the calculation of the end voltage at the customer pole. After calculating with the payback period method, the length of time to pay back the investment is 5.2 years.
