Abstract :
The distribution network is said to be reliable if the distribution of electricity from a system to customers runs continuously without or with little interference. The channels that often experience interference during 2019 in Lampung are terompet feeders, where almost every day they experience blackouts. Frequent blackouts result in electrical power not being properly channeled to consumers, causing losses to both PLN and consumers, so there is a need for "Reliability Analysis of the 20 kV Distribution System at Terompet Feeder at PT PLN (PERSERO) Lampung Area in 2019" using the SAIDI value method. and SAIFI will be compared with SPLN 59: 1985 and disturbance data and estimate the potential loss of income due to the disturbance. Based on the calculation results, the SAIDI value was 5.58 hours / customer / year while SAIFI was 4.05 times / customer / year, this value exceeds the existing standards and the cause of frequent blackouts is external disturbances such as weather, animals or other natural disturbances. so it needs continuous repair and maintenance. And the energy that is not utilized due to disturbances in terompet feeders in 2019 is 294,263.30 kWh and the cost of losses is estimated at IDR 431,766,656.5
