Abstract :
Over the time, a system needs a reliability evaluation to keep a system running well. To evaluate the network distribution system, reliability calculation is used which is written in the SAIDI and SAIFI reliability index using the FMEA method. This paper aims to calculated the reliability index of Purwodadi 13 Feeder which has the most interference from other feeders. The Purwodadi 13 Feeder 13 the reliability index obtained is SAIDI 0.56030999 hours / year and SAIFI = 0.032957 times / year, based on the SPLN 68-2 of 1986 the reliability index of the SAIDI and SAIFI, Purwodadi 13 feeder is said to be reliable. With the FMEA method, the SAIDI and SAIFI reliability values were obtained at each load point where the highest yield at load point number 304 of 422 load points
