Abstract :
In this final project, modelling the torque-speed characteristics of a shunt dc motor using Simulink matlab aims as a medium for developing virtual laboratory-based learning practices. In making this modelling, the equipment obtained at the Electrical Engineering Laboratory of the PLN Jakarta Institute of Technology, was used as a benchmark for comparing the feasibility of modelling through the Simulink matlab that was made. Modelling using matlab simulink is expected to be a means to conduct simulations and analyzes so that it can be one of the options in processing data outside the practicum hours where the data obtained through modelling and simulation through matlab simulink is an ideal data result. Through this virtual laboratory-based practical learning method, it is expected to be able to improve the ability of students to process data and improve the concept of understanding practical material properly.
