Abstract :
Under no circumstances, knowing time shifting is much more important. When this world does not have a clear space of time, how do we know when we do something, how long we do something and so on. For that, humans need to know the time. This situation will make it difficult for blind people in carrying out their daily activities. To help ease the activity and improve mobility of blind people, a device designed in the form of an arduino uno microcontroller-based prototype with the RTC module as a timer and the Dfplayer module as a voice caller can be used as a talking watch for blind people. The results of this study indicate that the device of the talking watch will notify the user's time through audio to the blind users can work well and and for the power supply used must be with a stable voltage.
