Abstract :
The construction of small-scale power plants in 3T areas using PLTS has constraints due to the instability of radiation and the influence of weather on the power generated, so need to modification of the PLTS system at a low cost. Through the concept of PLTS off-grid system with batteries that will supply electricity to the load quickly when intermittents occur, a battery storage of 2947 kWh and PLTS 740 kWp from HOMER PRO simulation results with a Total Net Present Cost of Rp.20,197,030,000.- and LCOE reaches Rp. 3,652 .- / kWh and IRR of 10.931% stated that the project was feasible. Meanwhile, through the concept of hybrid systems using a diesel generator that is set by stand so that it does not require starting time when intermittent occurs. Using PLTS as fuel savings with a 20 kWp PLTS system configuration and 3 x 100 kVA diesel generators resulting in a Total Net Present Cost of Rp. 24,071,720,000. - and an LCOE of Rp. 4,349 / kWh and an IRR of 24,602% stating this project was feasible.
