Abstract :
Power loss is the loss of a certain amount of energy in the process of electrical energy arising from the source to the consumer, the amount of power loss that occurs can still be overcome or minimized so that it is necessary to prevent large amounts of shrinkage by maintaining and repairing distribution system equipment, calculations. power loss is carried out by quantitative methods where the data taken is the peak current time data at 07.00 and 19.00 WIB. The channel length of the bronze feeder is 21.76 km using two types of cables, namely AAAC 150mm2 and NA2XSYBY 150mm2 with a resistance value of 0.210? / km and 0.206? / km, the value of the power loss that occurs at the Sutami Substation Bronze Feeder is below the standards that have been determined by PT. PLN (Persero) SPLN-1 1978, namely the power loss in the medium network channel Not above 2%, the Bronze Feeder obtained an average daily loss value of 1.79% this value is still below the standard set by PT. PLN (Persero) and the calculation results show that the amount of energy loss that occurs is 1,352.97kWh for the daily average value, this shrinkage value is influenced by the amount of load current, the large load current in the bronze feeder is dominated at night, losses or gains not obtained by PT. PLN (Persero) caused by this energy loss is IDR. 1,981,134.93 this value is the average value of the loss per day that occurs and the total loss starting from January 1, 2020 to January 31, 2020, which is IDR. 61,145,183.05
