Abstract :
Manggarai Station is a transit center station of various types of passing trains. According to Bagan Kereta Api at Manggarai Station there are ± 800 trains passing through this station every day so trains that often stop when they want to pass through the station including trains that will be repaired and inspected will be taken to Manggarai Yasa Hall, where to facilitate train access from direction of the Sudirman line to Balai Yasa then at Station 9 + 200 to Station 9 + 500 lines of Sudirman - Manggarai and Station 5 + 425 to 5 + 650 Line Tenguulun Badug, do planing for switch line and geometry of railroad tracks for installation of Cross Over Wesel. Therefore, it is necessary to know the crossing capacity and frequency of the train on the track, as well as the tonnage weight which aims to calculate the aircraft design and the geometry of the train in the path. Where the results of the study for preparation of tongue length = 10.5 m, needle length = 4.204 m, switch line = 50.064 m, for geometry Sudirman Line - Manggarai transport capacity is 15.887.916 tons / year with class II road, Vplaning = 80 km / hour, Ls = 86 m, Lc = 482.803 m, L = 600.803, Slope determinant 10 ?, Slope Slope = 0 - 1.5 ?, Rmin vertical curved = 6000 m, for Geometry Badug Tenggulun Line the crossing capacity is 910.008 tons / year with class V road, Vplaning = 60 km / h, Ls = 64 m, Lc = 230.16 m, L = 358,136, Slope determinant 25 ?, Slope Slope = 0 - 1,5 ?, Rmin vertical curved = 6000 m
