Abstract :
One of the methods carried out by PT. PLN UP3 Serpong to reduce the number of outages is by installing Motorized LBS which is integrated with SCADA as a remote control system to regulate the supply of electrical energy in the distribution system when disruptions occur. In the shop-feeder loop the total recovery time obtained before installing LBS Motorized was 762 minutes with a total SAIDI level of 10,525 hours / customer and the total ENS of 39460.1 kWh accompanied by the total amount of Rupiah lost was 57,902,066.48. Whereas with LBS Motorized which has installed a total recovery time of 314 minutes with a total SAIDI level of 4,815 hours / customer and its ENS of 12546.82 kWh accompanied by a total amount of Rupiah lost is 18,412,468.41. By calculating the difference in the Ruko loop system before and after the LBS Motorized installation, a 448 minutes reduction in recovery time is obtained with a reduction in the total said rate of 5.17 hours / customer and an ENS emphasis of 26913.28 kWh and saves losses previously lost by Rp. 39,489,598.07. The difference shows that the installation of Motorized LBS can reduce recovery time thereby increasing system reliability.
