Abstract :
Solar energy is one kind of renewable energy that can utilized to be a source solar power generation Energy. Solar panels or known as Photovoltaics are the main components that serve to capture and convert energy from solar radiation into electrical energy. This Solar Power Plant system was designed in Tanah Lot Traditional Market, Beraban Village to fulfill the needs of electricity supply in the market. The goal is to reduce conventional energy usage and develop renewable energy use. The method that used in this research is quantitative method. From the data obtained, the magnitude of daily power needs, the intensity of solar radiation in the region, and by observing the specifications on each component, there is a result that the number of solar panels to be used amounted to 48 pieces, and will produce electrical energy of 9.6 kWp.
