Abstract :
A building requires an air cooling system. To analyze and conclude this research, it is necessary to calculate the cooling load of space in mall building by paying attention to worker or visitor heat load, light heat load, and wall transmission load. The room used in this research is two tenant f & b project be mall click square. The total heat load on tenant I is 32,903.48 BTU / hr, the total heat load on tenant II is 42,629,96 BTU / hr. For the selection of air conditioning units to be used must be in accordance with the caloric load in order to avoid wastage of energy. For tenant I it is recommended to use outdoor unit of M type
PUMY-P112VKM (-BS) with 42,700 BTU / hr capacity, and indoor unit of M type PEFY-P50VMA (L) -E with capacity 19,100 BTU / hr per unit. While for tenant II is recommended using brand M type PUMY-P112YKM (-BS) with capacity of
42,700 BTU / hr, and indoor unit of M type PEFY-P63VMA (L) -E with capacity 24,200 BTU / hr per unit.
