Abstract :
Flores Island has a large geothermal energy and is spread in 17 locations with 402.5 MWe resources and 527 MWe reservesand has the potential to develop Geothermal Power Plant. One of them is the PLTP Sokoria which is 33 kilometers from Ende City. In 2021, the PLTP Sokoria is planned to operate with a supply of
10 MW connected to the Ende system. The Ende system itself is connected with a 70 kV GI Ende-Ropa system and serves eight feeders. PLTP Sokoria which is connected to the Ende system is expected to replace the PLTD and must be able to supply power in the Ende System. So that we need a study on the connection of PLTP Sokoria 10 MW to the Ende system. The electricity production generated by the PLTP Sokoria needs to be ensured that it can be channeled properly. The
study will analyze the power flow and short circuit using a simulation created with computer software. The connection of the PLTP Sokoria to the Ende system was simulated in 2021. From the simulation results, it is found that when the PLTP is
connected it can replace the use of private PLTD. The power generated by PLTP can flow properly when it is projected to increase. Short circuit fault analysis after PLTP enters, it is still within the limit of the protection equipment capacity so that,
existing protection equipment on the network does not need to be replaced.
