Abstract :
The level of reliability of the distribution system is currently very important, because if a distribution system is declared reliable, it will increase customer satisfaction. The purpose of this thesis are to knowing the reliability index of the F3 Horizon UP3 Bengkulu feeder. This thesis are using SAIDI SAIFI calculation method, we can find out whether the distribution system are reliable or unreliable. If a system is declared unreliable, the optimal solution is to add the fuse and the sectionalizer to the feeder. Because with the addition of these tools, the reliability index of SAIDI and SAIFI values will increasing, If value of the two indexes are smaller, the system will reliable. In this research, the results obtained that SAIDI 1,9062 hours per year and SAIFI 1,6166 times per year with a ratio of SPLN 59: 1985 SAIDI value of 12,842 hours / customer / year and SAIFI 2,415 outages / customer / year.
