Abstract :
The use of renewable energies is growing, one of them by using solar energy as a power plant. Solar energy is available in a very large amount, not pollutant and will not run out, hence this solar energy can be utilized to generate electricity through the system of solar power plant. In this thesis will be discussed on how to plan the On grid Solar Power Plant of its own use. The Solar Power Plant is designed to reduce electricity consumption from PLN at main substation 150 kV Makale. Where at main substation 150 kV Makale has extensive land availability. The large electrical power designed on this Solar Power Plant is 39,587 kW. Components of the Solar Power Plant system required for power 39,587 kWp are 162 solar panels 250 WP Greentek Polycrystalline, and 2 unit Growatt Inverter On-Grid 20 kW. Based on its economic analysis, this planning requires an investment fee of Rp 705.500.000. Although this plan is favorable in the 15th year of the 15-year project, it is less feasible to develop.
