Abstract :
Along with the era of globalization, the electricity demand every year continues to increase. Distribution System is a power transmission system from the substation to the distribution stations that are then channeled to the consumer of
electrical users. But, the 20 kV distribution System is also not detached from the interference that can interfere with the distribution continuity in the distribution of electricity to the customer. Using The minimally deleted method can minimize the time of the blackout In the 20 kV cubicle replacements and can reduce the Energy Not Supplied. The research method used in this thesis uses quantitative methods with the data retrieval step at PT.PLN (Persero) Bulungan Area and do the
calculation to find out how many the ENS and the loss of material experienced by PLN. In the calculation, ENS in the 20 kV cubicle replacement activity using the total outages in KB 556 substation is 276.596 kWh and in PP 5 substation is 193.805
kWh. Whereas if using the minimally outages methode, the missed energy on the KB 556 substation is 40.601 kWh and in the PP 5 substation is 28.448 kWh. Then, for the difference of ENS on the use of such different methods in the KB 556
substation is 235.995 kWh and on the PP 5 substation is 165.357 kWh. This is equivalent to the material advantage obtained by PLN from the use of the minimally Outages method which is Rp.346,270.743 in the KB 556 substation and Rp.242,625.019 on the PP 5 substation.
