Abstract :
The reliability of electricity supply is the most important thing in supporting the economic process, and the amount of demand will also increase as the number of customers increases each year. Due to the increase in the number of subscribers, the reliability of electricity distribution must also be better, one of the factors that affect the reliability of electricity distribution is the network configuration. The ZDT network is a program carried out by PLN in improving network reliability without blackouts in the SCBD (Sudirman Central Business District) area, the Zero Down Time network can be installed if it meets several conditions, such as 2 feeders installed parallel, power supply comes from The transformer that is installed in the main substation or switch station, the cubicle used is CBO because it is equipped with a differential relay, and must have the availability of communication so that the relay can work properly. The index discussed in this study is the value of SAIDI and SAIFI, where the value of the outage disturbance problem is SAIDI 0.016974 hours/customer/year and SAIFI 0.028311 blackout / customer / year and to assess the overall presence of outage disturbances, namely SAIDI which is obtained for 46,06014 hours / customer / year and the SAIFI value of 4.56607 blackouts / subscribers/year. The results of these calculations exceed the standards set by SPLN 59: 1985, namely SAIDI of ? 12,842 hours / customer / year and SAIFI of ? 2,541 blackouts / subscriber / year this occurs due to outages on 150 kV transmission
