Abstract :
The planning of PLTS off grid in the business of Yahbit Kupi Banda Aceh coffee shop is based on the load requirements used in the coffee shop. The problem with the off-grid PLTS planning itself is that energy is only produced in the weeds so that if it is to be used at night, a battery is needed as energy storage. In this study using a quantitative method because this study is presented in the form of numbers. For this planning itself, it costs Rp. 268,068,890, - with a load of 13,458 kWh. For this loading, 1 unit of combiner box is needed, 15 units of solar panels with a solar panel capacity of 300 wp with an area of 24 m2. 1 unit of the solar charger controller (SCC) is used. While the battery used is 18 units. And then the inverter is used as much as 1 unit. Based on technical and economic calculations, this plan has a performance ratio of 85% and also this planning is beneficial because the payback period will return in 8 years 4 months from the project's 25 years of life
