Abstract :
PT. Lestari Banten Energi is a company engaged in the generation of steam powered electricity, which has a capacity of 1x660 MW operating in 2016 which is expected to be able to meet the demand for electricity supply on the island of Java-Bali. The PLTU itself has Coal & Ash Handling which is used to meet coal consumption needs for boilers in the plant. Slag slurry pump itself uses a Single Stage Vertical Centrifugal Pump. At the PLTU PT. Lestari Banten Energi has a leakage problem so it is repaired by means of an overhoul which is expected to increase the desired discharge for the process of separation between water and sludge on the Sluicing Pound from the Submerged Scraper Conveyor (SSC). The magnitude of the influence of the Overhoul Slag slurry pump on the decrease in the difference in discharge reduction is 7.58 m3 / h or 13.13%, from the measurement results of the discharge before overhoul is 57.73 m3 / h and after the overhaul is 65.31m3 / h.
