Abstract :
Condenser is one of the main tools in a system of steam-electric power plant. Condenser is a heat exchanger which convert turbine output steam to water, where that condensed water pumps through HRSG to reused it. Vacuum condenser is for accelerate condensation process in condenser. PT. PJB UP Muara Karang are power station that have 1600 MW capacity. PT. PJB UP Muara Karang have varied vacuum condenser, that is 717.75 mmHg, 687.93 mmHg, and 715.30 mmHg. This research conducted to find out effect of vacuum condenser pressure to turbine power, turbine efficiency, and condenser effectiveness. The results obtained in the 717.93 mmHg vacuum condenser pressure are turbine power in the amount of 49.84 MW, 66.51% turbine efficiency, and 0.954 condenser effectiveness. In the 687.93 mmHg vacuum condenser pressure have turbine power in the amount of 46.63 MW, 66.31% turbine efficiency, and 0.945 condenser effectiveness. In the 715.30 mmHg vacuum condenser pressure have turbine power in the amount of 47.61 MW, 66.44% turbine efficiency, and 0.953 condenser effectiveness.
