Abstract :
Temperature and air inlet pressure of the compressor has an important role in electricity evocation and it?s also one of the main parameters that affect the performance of a generator. Air inlet pressure of the compressor in producing hot gas at high temperatures, a gas turbine is needed to drive a generator to produce electricity. The process of combustion and heat transfer occurs in a gas turbine, some of the things that affect the efficiency of a gas turbine are temperature and air inlet pressure of the compressor. In this thesis, calculation and analysis of the effects of temperature inlet pressure of the compressor under certain conditions it was used at Indralaya?s gas power plant, and analyze the effect of temperature and air inlet pressure of the compressor on gas turbine efficiency. This study uses value of the temperature inlet of the compressor is 303.15 Kelvin, 302,65 Kelvin, and 302,15 Kelvin. Meanwhile, The value for air inlet pressure of the compressor is 1,276 bar, 1,275 bar, and 1,274 bar. The results of this study indicate a change in the efficiency of the gas turbine with temperature of air inlet of the compressor?s value is differents. After doing this research, The results of the efficiency of the gas turbine with the air inlet pressure of the compressor is 1,276 bar, 1,275 bar, and 1,274 bar consecutive is 29,94%, 30,35%, and 30,76%, and at the compressor inlet temperature is 303,15 Kelvin, 302,65 Kelvin, and 302,15 Kelvin consecutive is 29,94%, 30,35%, and 30,76%.
