Abstract :
Concrete mixture consisting of cement, sand, gravel, water and other added ingredients with a certain ratio. The use of concrete main mix material can be replaced with other materials which certainly qualify as concrete mix material. Besides that, there are many waste products in the community that cannot be utilized optimally. Especially the waste of rice husk ash and ceramics. So this study aims to use rice husk ash as a substitute for cement and ceramics as a substitute for coarse aggregate in concrete mixing. The sample used is cylindrical. The planned concrete is fc '25 MPa with a ceramic waste ratio of 30% by weight of gravel, rice husk ash with variations of 0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10% by weight of cement. Testing parameters are compressive strength, slump test, absorption of concrete. For absorption testing performed on day 28 of the day. As for the concrete compressive strength test carried out at 7 days, 14 days, 28 days. The compressive strength of normal concrete at 28 days is 25,251 MPa with an absorption value of 5,473% and a slump value of 10 cm. The optimum compressive strength is found on 28 days of 30% ceramic variation and 7.5% of rice husk ash ash 26.664 MPa with absorption value of 3.326% and 8.8 cm slump value.
